Classmates and friends:

The next Class of 1964 Zoom event will occur on October 5 from 4:00pm - 5:30pm eastern time. The topic will be: “Climate Policies and Innovation: Conceptions, Misconceptions and Solutions.” Speakers will be our classmates Len Baker and Bob Archer. The program will be moderated by Joe Wishcamper.

In addition to being a successful venture capitalist, Len Baker is a Board member of the Environmental Defense Fund and an advisor to the Yale Carbon Containment Lab. He is a former Trustee of Yale University.

Bob Archer managed the U.S. assistance for electricity sector reform and privatization and energy regulatory development in Eastern Europe and Eurasia for more than 20 years. He currently volunteers in support of national climate policy adoption with the Citizens' Climate Lobby.

Both are experts in the field of energy policy and will offer their views on strategies that have the greatest potential for effectively addressing the climate crisis.
