Reminder: Ralph DeFronzo ’64 to speak on diabetes and obesity

This is a reminder that the next Class of 1964 Zoom event will occur on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 4:00pm - 5:30pm eastern time. It will feature one of our most distinguished classmates, Ralph DeFronzo, MD, professor of medicine at the University of Texas Medical School. The title of his program will be  "Treatment of Diabetes and Obesity: From Food Addiction to Drug Addiction." Ralph's research and practice has included obesity as well as diabetes.

The moderator of the program will be Ralph’s Trumbull roommate and fellow physician, Frank Franklin MD MPH PhD.

Registration for the event is required. You may have already registered for this event in response to my email of January 19, but if you're not sure, it doesn't hurt to register again. Classmate spouses and partners are welcome to join. Register for the event by clicking on the following link:
